Water Damage Cleanup and Restoration in Grovetown Bathroom

This Grovetown bathroom had water damage from a supply line break under a vanity. The tile flooring delaminated from water exposure and required removal during the extraction process. The technicians removed the toe kick under the vanity cabinet and the baseboards. They also drilled weep holes to assist with both drainage and airflow as seen in the Before Photo. Upon completion of the water extraction and drying, the bathroom was ready for repairs. The After Photo shows the results of the restoration services including replacement of the tile flooring and reinstallation of the baseboards. The area is clean and freshly painted making the water loss, “Like it never even happened.”
